胶南市结核病疫情分析及防治措施

目的分析胶南市当前结核病疫情分布情况、结核病高发原因，有针对性地开展结核病防治工作，有效地控制传染源，切断传播途径，降低结核病的高发病率。方法从胶南市2007年4月开展结核病控制项目工作以来，对2008。2010年三年的发病情况进行流行病学分析。结果①结核病高发年龄区间为10～70岁的青壮年，男〉女；②高发人群仍为经济欠发达地区的农村居民，近年来流动人口逐步呈现出高发病率的趋势。结论实施全球结核病基金控制项目，疫情呈下降趋势。

Analysis and Prevention of Tuberculosis Analysis in Jiaonan City

Objective To find out the distribution of the current tuberculosis epidemic and the reasons for high incidence of tuberculosis,target TB prevention and control work carried out,control the origin of infection effectively,cut off the transmission,reduce the high incidence of TB. Methods Since April 2007 TB control project was carried out in Jiaonan city, epidemiological analysis of incidence was done in three years from 2008 to 2010. Result：①TB was much easy come on in 10 to 70 years old young adults,and male patients were more than female; ②High-risk population is the rural residents of the underdeveloped areas,the floating population in recent years showed a gradual trend of high incidence. Conclusion Implementation of the Global Fund for Tuberculosis Control Project,the epidemic declined.
