胎粪吸入综合征与肺部炎性反应

胎粪吸入综合征是新生儿期呼吸系统的严重疾病,也是围生期难治性呼吸衰竭原因之一。它是由于胎儿在宫内缺氧窒息,引起肛门括约肌松弛,排出胎粪污染羊水,在分娩前或分娩时吸入肺部所引起的一系列临床表现。胎粪吸入综合征的发病机制可能与感染、内皮细胞功能紊乱有关。胎粪进入肺内,可在细支气管和肺泡产生严重的炎性反应,引起多种细胞因子的释放。
