威海地区献血者献血前筛查淘汰原因分析及措施

目的了解威海地区无偿献血者献血前筛查淘汰情况，以便针对性采取措施，降低血液的报废率。方法对2009年1月1日～2011年12月31日在献血前筛查环节被淘汰的11330名献血者进行分类统计，并按是否为首次献血及性别两方面进行比对分析。结果献血者献血前筛查淘汰比例由高到低分别为ALT〉样本颜色异常〉Hb〉HBsAg〉体检〉征询．ALT不合格成为主要淘汰原因，且男性明显高于女性：女性献血者被淘汰的主要原因则是Hb水平偏低；初次献血者不合格率明显高于再次献血者。结论加大无偿献血宣传招募力度，进一步规范筛查操作，批量外采时选择男性献血者进行ALT筛查，提高固定献血者比例等进一步降低血液报废率。

Analysis and countermeasures resist on the eliminated blood donors in primary blood screening in Weihai area

Objective To investigate elimination of voluntary non-remunerated donors in primary blood screening so as to take steps to decrease rejecting rate of blood.Methods To analyze classified statistically of the eliminated voluntary blood donor in primary blood screening in Wehai during 1.1.2009-12.31.2011 and analyze sex comparison in elimination and comparison of initial blood donors and donors donating no less than 2 times.Results Ration of eliminating reason from high to low was ALT>abnormal color sample physical examination >Hb>HBsAg>physical examination>consult,abnormal ALT was major reason leading to donating elimination,and men eliminated because abnormal ALT were more than women;Lower Hb levels was major reason leading to donating elimination in women;eliminated initial blood donors were more than donors donating no less than 2 times.Conclusion Promoted publicity and recruitment,specified technical standard in primary blood screening,test ALT of man in batch donation station,improved ration of regular blood donors and taken steps to decrease rejecting rate of blood.
