| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清脂联素在社区超重,月巴胖中老年人群中的水平、分布特征,并调查其对慢性疾病的影响。方法对600例年龄≥35岁的中老年人群进行问卷调查及相关检查,ELISA试剂盒检测被调查者血清脂联素水平。结果T2DM组、高脂血症组的低脂联素水平的比例分别高于无T2DM组和无高脂血症组,两组差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）,低脂联素水平与T2DM问差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01,OR=1．825）。结论低脂联素在T2DM发生过程中起作用,值得关注。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the distribution of the serum adiponectin level and its influence on the chronic diseases in middle and elderly people with overweight or obese in community.Methods Questionnaire survey was carried on 600 people older than 35 years,and used ELISA kit to test the serum adiponectin level.Results The proportion of low adiponectin level in T2DM and hyperlipidemia group was higher than that in no T2DM and no hyperlipidemia group.Low adiponectin had relationship to T2DM(P < 0.01).Conclusion Low adiponectin in T2DM problems is in work. |
