摘    要:
目的:探讨内毒素所致肝损伤的作用机理。方法:大鼠肝大部分切除并腹腔注射小剂量外源内毒素后24h,检测血浆及肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:肝部分切除加内毒素组,血及肝脏MDA含量显著升高,且升高程度与血浆内毒素水平及谷丙转氨酶变化一致,而血浆和肝脏SOD活性则显著降低。相反,假手术组注入同量内毒素,上述指标则无明显变化。结论:大鼠肝大部分切除后,对内毒素耐受力降低,输入小量外源内毒素即可引起脂质过氧化,导致肝损伤

Abstract:
Objective :To study mechanism of hepatic damage induced by endotoxin.Method :The level of malonal dialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of plasma and liver in rats at 24 hours following intraperitoneal injection of a small dose endotoxin just after partial hepatectomy was measured.Results :The level of MDA of plasma and liver was markedly elevated in rats that underwent partial hepatectomy and received endotoxin administration in comparison with those of each control.The degree of above mentioned changes paralleled with that of plasma endotoxin and SGPT.On the other hand,SOD activity was significantly attenuated.No changes occoured in the shamoperated endotoxindosed rats.Conclusion :The endotoxin tolerance was decreased partially in hepatectomized rats and a low dose of exogenous endotoxin may induce a lipid peroxidation and hepatic damage.
