摘    要:本文报告自制简易动脉导管压迫器,经临床使用效果满意。优点:(1) 制作简单,使用方便。(2) 能达到完全阻断动脉导管血流使手术野无血。(3) 能使动脉导管口的前后壁对合在一起,便于缝合。(4) 体外循环时阻断了血液经动脉导管的分流,降低肺部并发症,避免心脏膨胀,有利于心肌保护。

Abstract:A operation on six cases of large PDA was performed with extracorporeal circulation using PDA compressor. The result was satisfactory. The adventages are as follows:(1) making is simple, using is easy instead of Fogart Duct which is expensive; (2) blood stream from PDA can be temporally occluded completely and it makes the operative area clear. The ductal orifice was closed by suturing and it needn't profound hypothermia and circulatory arrest; (3) the anterior and posterior wall of the ductal orifice can be drawn close together by compressor which makes it easy to anastomose and (4) it can prevent postperfusion pulmonary injury and avoid heart expansion during the operation.
