| 摘 要： | 了解种植体－天然牙联合支持地联冠或桥在一段式种植体修复中的临床效果。方法：用常规手术方法植入一段式纯钛螺旋状种植体,经愈合期后,采用种植体一天然牙支持的烧 或联冠修复缺失牙。结果５５枚种植体行使功能良好,五年成功率达到９４．５５％。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the long term effects of implant-tooth supported metal-porclein crowns and bridges used in one-stage titanium implants. Methods:55 one-stage srew implants were used. After healing periods, the fixed restorations with metal-porclein were supported by the implants and natural teeth. Follow up were conducted every half a year for five years. The indexes were recorded. Results: All implant-tooth supported restoration function was well. The success rate of five years was 94.55%. Conclusion:Implant-tooth supported restorations are good way used one-stage srew implants to restore the shapes and functions of the missing teeth. |
