| 摘 要： | 目的 :探索一种应用于糖尿病研究中理想的动物模型。方法 :腹腔注射 30 mg/kg的链脲佐菌素 (STZ) ,每周一次连续 4周 ,诱导大鼠产生慢性自身免疫胰岛损害 ,观察血糖、尿糖及组织学损害。结果 :实验组大鼠产生明显迟发性胰岛损害 ,尿糖阳性 ,血糖与对照组有明显差别 ,组织学表现为自身免疫性胰岛炎特征。结论 :STZ小剂量多次注射诱导大鼠胰岛素依赖性糖尿病 (IDDM)动物模型适用于糖尿病发病机理的研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To search for an ideal animal model to investigate diabetes. Methods:Chronic auotoimmune islet impairment in rats was induced with peritoneal injection of 30 mg/kg streptozotocin once a week,lasting four weeks. Blood sugar and urine sugar were determined, and the histology change was observed. Results :Experiment rat group developed slow islet impairment; urine sugar was positive ,and fast blood sugar was higher than that of control group significantly .Characteristic autoimmune islet inflammation was observed. Conclusion:Rat IDDM model induced by mutiple injection low dose of STZ is an ideal animal model to investigate diabetes. |
