| 摘 要： | 从全血输血到成分输血，是现代输血医学的标志性的发展。去白细胞输血不仅大大降低了输血的不良反应，同时也满足了补充血容量、补充携氧能力等临床需求；血小板、血浆及凝血因子等的单独应用，不仅提高了血液的利用率，同时也大大提高了其临床适应症的治疗效果。随着基础医学和相关学科的发展以及研究的不断深入，必将推动输血医学持续稳定地向前发展，更好地为人类服务。 |

| Abstract: | It is the hallmark of the modern medicine development from the whole blood transfusion to composition blood transfusion.Driving out white blood cells not only greatly reduces the adverse reactions but also improves the blood capacity and the ability to carry oxygen at the same time.The separation use of platelet, plasma and coagulation factor of blood can improve the utilization rate of blood and the effect of clinical indications.The constantly and gradually research and development of preelinical medicine and related disciplines will definitely push the blood transfusion medicine forward in a sustained and steady manner, finally serve the humanity in a better way. |
