格林巴利综合征患儿早期康复护理效果分析

目的分析格林巴利综合征患儿早期康复护理效果。方法选取人我院进行治疗的格林巴利综合症患儿60例为研究对象，根据入院时间前后分为对照组和研究组，对照组患者实施常规护理，研究组患者在常规护理基础上增加康复护理，对比患儿生活能力和肌力恢复情况。结果研究组患儿治疗后生活能力评分提升情况显著，与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；研究组住院时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后研究组患儿肌力改善情况更好一些。结论早期康复护理能够有效提升格林巴利综合症患儿生活能力和肌力，缩短康复周期，临床应用效果较好。

Effect analysis of early rehabilitation nursing to Guillain-Barre syndrome children

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing to Guillain-Barre syndrome children. Methods 60 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome children in the hospital for treatment were selected for the study,they were divided into control group and research group according to the admission time.The patients in the control group were given routine care,the patients in the research group were given the routine care and rehabilitation care,then those children＇s life skills and muscle recovery situation were compared. Results After treatment,the life skills score of children in the research group was significantly better improved compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;The hospital stay time of children in the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The improvement of muscle strength of children in the research group after treatment was better. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively enhance the life skills and muscle strength of children with Guillain-Barre syndrome,and can also shorten their recovery cycle,it has better clinical application.
