股骨近端解剖锁定钢板与动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆问骨折临床疗效

目的对两种内固定方式治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效进行比较。方法选取2006年6月～2011年4月我院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者68例，随机均分为两组，分别采取股骨近端解剖锁定钢板（LCP）和动力髋螺钉（DHS）两种不同内固定方式进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果LCP组的优良率91．18％明显高于DHS组的70．59％，P=0．031〈0．05；LCP组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后愈合时间均优于DHS组，P〈0．05。LCP组的并发症发生率为2．94％，低于DHS组的17．65％，P=0．046〈0．05。结论LCP组较DHS组治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折更有效，操作性强，愈合效果明显，术后并发症少，安全可靠。

Clinical efficacy of locking compression plate and dynamic hip screw in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of two kinds of internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 68 cases elderly patients of intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from June 2006 to April 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. They were taken to two different fixation methods （LCP and DHS） for treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The fine rate of LCP group was 91.18%, significantly higher than the DHS group 70.59%, P=O.031 〈 0.05. The operative time, blood loss and postoperative healing time of LCP group were better than DI-IS group, P 〈 0.05.The complication rate of LCP group was 2.94%, lower than the DI-IS group 17.65%, P=0.046 〈 0.05. Conclusion The treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture of LCP group is more effective and feasible than the DHS group. The healing effect is obvious, fewer complications, safe and reliable.
