| 摘 要： | 患者女，28岁，以T1DM、DKA就诊，伴白癜风和毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿（Grave’s病）的临床特点，最终确诊“自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征（APS）Ⅲ型”。提示T1DM和自身免疫性甲状腺疾病（AITD）同时发生时，应注意APS存在。 |

A case of autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type III |

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical manifestation of a 28-years-old female patient with T1DM who had an onset of DKA, combined with vitiligo and Grave’s disease. Diagnosis of autoimmune polyglandular syndrome （APS） type Ⅲ was confirmed eventually. It was shown that co-occurrence of T1DM and autoimmune thyroid disease （AITD） in the same patient usually indicated certain subtype of APS. |
