| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喉癌根治切除的手术配合与护理方法。方法:对34例喉癌行根治切除术,术前进行有效的心理护理,物品准备,术中密切的配合,术后加强导管护理,预防并发症。结果:本组患者均在4h内顺利完成手术,患者术前心理状态稳定,术中、术后均无并发症发生。结论:正确的手术配合和精心的护理是手术成功的重要保证。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing intervention in the perioperating stage of laryngocarcinoma. Methods：34 patients with laryngocarcinoma were received therapy with radical operation. Results：All the laryngotomy to the patients has been smoothly done within 4 hours,no complication and accidents have happened during and after the operation. Conclusion：The reasonable nursing intervention can decreased the incidence rate of postoperative complications with laryngocarcinoma. |
