择泰治疗30例恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效观察

目的观察择泰注射液治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法30例肿瘤骨转移患者给予择泰4mg,每月一次,1个月为1周期,治疗5个周期评价疗效。结果30例患者治疗后止痛:显效30.0%(9/30),有效53.3%(16/30),无效8.3%(5/30),总有效率83.3%(25/30);乳腺癌骨痛缓解88.8%(8/9),肺癌83.3%(10/12),消化道肿瘤80.0%(4/5),其他肿瘤75.0%(3/4);30例活动能力改善:显效56.7%(17/30),有效23.3%(7/30),总有效率80.0%(24/30);不良反应:发热6.7%(2/30),骨关节疼痛3.3%(1/30),消化道反应3.3%(1/30)。结论择泰治疗骨转移引起的疼痛安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

An Analysis of Efficacy of Zoledronic Acid in Treatment of Patients with Osteolytic Metastases

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effect of zoledronic acid to treat patients with osteolytic metastases. Methods 30 cases of cancer patients with bone metastasis to Zometa 4mg, once a month, a month for a period of five cycles evaluated. Results 30 patients after treatment acesodyne rates of effectual, effective, void, total efficiency were 30.0%(9/30),53.3%(16/30),8.3%(5/30),83.3%(25/30)respectively; Pain of tumor remission rate was 88.8% of breast cancer(8/9), lung cancer was 83.3%(10/12),gastrointestinal cancer 80.0%(4/5),other tumor 75.0%(3/4);30 cases of activities to improve: effectual 56.7%(17/30),effective 23.3%(7/30),the total efficiency of 80.0%(24/30);badness reactions: fever was 6.7%(2/30),bone and joint pain were 3.3%(1/30),gastrointestinal reactions were 3.3%(1/30). Conclusion Zoledronic Acid is effective is safe and effective in the treatment of pain patients caused by osteolytic metastases. It can be used in clinic.
