摘    要:目的:观察生物羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C和血管抑素(angiostatin,AS)治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:复发性翼状胬肉142例患者行手术切除后,应用0.2mg/mL丝裂霉素C局部烧灼3min,暴露巩膜区行生物羊膜移植,术后给予血管抑素溶液,点术眼,4次/d,治疗持续15d,随访12~18(平均14.6)mo,观察其复发率及愈合时间。结果:无复发,治愈率100%。角膜上皮愈合时间为6.3±0.52d。结论:羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C和血管抑素治疗复发性翼状胬肉可显著降低术后复发率并促进角膜创面的修复。

Abstract:·AIM:To observe the curative effect of biological amniotic membrane transplantation combined with mitomycin C(MMC)and angiostatin(AS)to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.·METHODS:After resection of recurrent pterygium,0.2mg/mL MMC were applied on sclerae for 3 minutes,and biological amniotic membrane transplantation was performed.AS was applied on surgical eyes(qid)for 15 days.The follow-up time was 12 to 18 months,mean 14.6 months,and the recurrence rate and healing time were observed.·RESULTS:No pterygium recurrence was found in 142 patiens,and the corneal epithlial healing time was 6.3±0.52 days.·CONCLUSION:Combination of biological amniotic membrane transplantation with MMC and AS to treat the recurrent pterygium can notablely reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium,and is beneficial to promote the corneal wound surface healing.·
