下消化道出血病因及中西医结合病因治疗

[目的]分析下消化道出血主要病因,探讨应用中西医结合病因治疗的优势。[方法]73例下消化道出血患者,试行内镜下针对不同出血原因,采用不同的中西医结合病因止血方法的治疗,统计治疗疗效。[结果]本组73例患者,治愈31例(42.50%),有效40例(54.80%),总有效率为97.30%,2例(2.70%)非手术治疗无效患者行肠切除吻合术止血治疗,无死亡病例。[结论]根据患者病因及出血部位进行中西医结合治疗,能有效提高下消化道出血的治愈率。

Lower Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

[Objective] Analysis of lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage causes,explores the application of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine etiological treatment advantage of value.[Methods] 73 cases of patients with hemorrhage of lower digestive tract under endoscope,try out for different causes of bleeding,using different combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of etiology of hemostatic methods,statistical treatment.[Results] 73 cases in this group,31 cases were cured(42.50%),effective in 40 cases(54.80%),the total effective rate was 97.30%,2 cases(2.70%) of non operation treatment for patients with intestinal resection and anastomosis of ineffective hemostatic treatment,no deaths.[Conclusion] According to the etiology and location of hemorrhage were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine,can effectively improve the cure rate of hemorrhage of lower digestive tract.
