腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例。治疗组采用腹针治疗,对照组采用体针治疗,3个疗程后对比疗效。结果治疗组愈显率为81.0%,对照组为57.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹针是治疗腰椎间盘突出症一种有效的方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture on Lumbar Intervertebral disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 42 cases and a control group of 38 cases.The treatment group received abdominal acupuncture and the control group,body acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were compared after 3 courses of treatment.Results The cure and marked efficacy rate was 81.0% in the treatment group and 57.9% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
