| 摘 要： | 目的总结儿童患者自体外周血造血干细胞回输的护理要点。方法35例恶性肿瘤患儿经大剂量化疗或化疗加放疗的预处理后，接受解冻后的冻存自体外周造血干细胞的回输。结果患儿共接受冻存自体造血干细胞回输70次，回输后出现了不良反应：血红蛋白尿54例次（77．1％）、头痛28例次（40．O％）、呕吐24例次（34．3％）、恶心17例次（24．3％）、心率失常11例次（15．7％）、腹痛8例次（11．4％）、腹泻2例次（2．8％）、发热1例（4．O％）。未发生心脏、肝、肾功能衰竭及休克等严重反应。结论儿童冻存自体外周造血干细胞回输易出现不良反应，护理人员应加强患儿的心理护理、专业的对症护理、预防不良反应，使回输安全有效进行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing features of peripheral blood stem cell(PBSC) reinfusions in children.Methods A total of 35 children with malignant tumors received reinfusions of cryopreserved stem cells after undergoing high-dose chemotherapy or chemotherapy with radiation.Results The adverse reactions observed following 70 reinfusions included hemoglobinuria in 54 patients(77.1%),headache in 28(40.0%),nausea in 24(34.3%),vomiting in 17(24.3%),abdominal pain in 8(11.4%),diarrhea in 2(2.8%) and fever in 1... |
