二次腹膜外剖宫产术临床研究

目的 探讨二次腹膜外剖宫产术及预防并发症的可行性。方法 将前次腹膜外剖宫产再次行腹膜外剖宫产的100例（腹膜外组），与同期再次腹膜内剖宫产的100例（腹膜内组）的手术时间、出血量、术后病率等进行比较。结果 手术时间：腹膜外组平均45min，其中28例兼行输卵管结扎术，腹膜内组平均6min，其中36例兼行输卵管结扎术（P〈0．05）；出血量：腹膜外组平均141ml，腹膜内组平均235ml（P〈0．05）；术后病率：腹膜外组2％，腹膜内组24％（P〈0．01）。结论 再次腹膜外剖宫产优于再次腹膜内术式。

The clinical research of the second cesarean section by peritoneal exclusion

Objective To investigate the feasibility of the second cesarean section by peritioneal exclusion and preventing the post operative complications .Methods 100 cases of the second cesarean section by peritonneal exclusion that first extraperitoneal caesarean section(peritoneal exclusion group) was carried out were compared with 100 cases of the second cesarean section by intraperitoneum (intraperitoneum group) .Compared variances were the average operative time,the blood volume,the post operative complications and so on.Results The average operative time were 45 min(ligation of fallopian tube were operatived in 28 cases in peritoneal group) and 63 min(ligation of fallopian tube were operatived in 36 cases in intraperitoneum group),respectivelly(P<0.05).The volume of blood were 141 ml and 235ml,respectivelly (P<0.05).The post operative complications were 2% and 24% ,respectivelly(P<0.01).Conclusions The second cesarean section by peritoneal exclusion surpass the second cesarean section by intraperitoneum.
