一种血液增菌培养基的研制和临床初步应用

目的 研究一种质成价廉的新型血液增菌培养基。方法 以西杠柿汁肉汤和巧克力琼脂制成双相培养基,和常规培养基分别对168例血标本进行振摇培养。结果 研制培养基阳性37例（22．02％）常规培养基阳性19例（11．31％）,两者有显著差异（P＜0．01）;研制培养基细菌生长速度较常规培养基块的24h。结论 本方法可用于血液增菌培养。

Development for a kind of blood enrichment medium and its clincal pilot application

Objective To develop a new blood enrichment medium.Methods The blood enrichment medium was made of tomatoes juice and chocolate agar and 168 blood samples were enriched by using the medium.The traditional medium was used as contol.Results Thirty seven samples 22% were positive cultivation in new medium while 19 were positive that in traditional medium.There was a great diffence between the 2 media( P <0.01).The growing speed of becteria in new medium was faster than that in traditional medium.Conclusion New medium is able to be used to enrich baeteria.It is cheap and useful in the area of remote farm and pasture.
