宫颈癌患者心理弹性及家庭关怀度在社会支持与家庭韧性间的中介作用

目的 探讨宫颈癌患者家庭韧性与社会支持、家庭关怀度及心理弹性之间的关系，并分析心理弹性、家庭关怀度在社会支持与家庭韧性之间的中介作用。方法 2022年9月至2023年6月，采用便利抽样法选取江苏省2所三级甲等医院的宫颈癌患者为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、家庭韧性问卷、心理弹性量表、家庭关怀度量表、社会支持量表对其进行问卷调查，各变量之间进行相关性分析，并通过结构方程模型分析中介效应。结果 Pearson相关性分析显示宫颈癌患者社会支持、家庭关怀度以及心理弹性均与家庭韧性呈显著正相关（P＜0.05）。结构方程模型显示：家庭关怀度对宫颈癌患者家庭韧性的直接效应不显著（P＞0.05）；社会支持对家庭韧性发挥直接效应（效应值为0.370），并通过家庭关怀、心理弹性发挥间接效应（效应值为0.391）。结论 宫颈癌患者的社会支持越高，家庭韧性水平越高；家庭关怀度和心理弹性在社会支持与家庭韧性之间起链式中介作用。

The mediating role of psychological resilience and family caring in the relationship between social support and family resilience in patients with cervical cancer

Objective To explore the relationship between family resilience and social support, psychological resilience, and family caring in cervical cancer patients, and to analyze the mediating role of psychological resilience and family caring between social support and family resilience. Methods From September 2022 to June 2023, cervical cancer patients in two tertiary-level hospitals in Jiangsu Province were selected by convenience sampling method, and questionnaire surveys were conducted on them using the General Information Questionnaire, Family Resilience Questionnaire(FaREQ), 10-item Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale, family APGAR index(APGAR) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Then the correlation analyses were performed between the variables and the mediating effects were analyzed by structural equation modeling. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that social support, family caring, and psychological resilience of cervical cancer patients were significantly and positively correlated with family resilience (P < 0.05). Structural equation modeling showed that: the direct effect of family caring degree on family resilience of cervical cancer patients was not significant (P > 0.05); social support exerted a direct effect on family resilience (the effect value being 0.370) and an indirect effect through family caring and psychological resilience (the effect value being 0.391). Conclusions The higher the social support of cervical cancer patients, the higher the level of family resilience; family caring and psychological resilience play a chain mediating role between social support and family resilience.
