| 摘 要： | 目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定斑纹芦荟中芦荟苷含量。方法 :芦荟叶汁浓缩物用甲醇超声提取总蒽醌 ,经薄层色谱分离后 ,用高效液相色谱法测定。结果 :方法回收率为 96.1 7% ,RSD为 1 .0 0 % (n =5)。结论 :该法准确 ,且简便可靠 ,重现性好 ,为开发利用芦荟资源提供依据

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:A HPLC method for the determination of aloin in the leaves of Aloe vera L. var Chinensis(Haw.) Berger was developed.METHOD:The anthraquinones were extracted from the leaves by ultrasonic wave using MeOH,and aloin was separated by thin layer chromatography.The spot of aloin was then extracted with MeOH and determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The average recovery of the method is 96.17% and RSD is 1.00 %(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility.The results provide a tool to study the leaves of aloe. |
