摘 要: | 目的 优化苦瓜多糖的微波辅助提取工艺条件。方法 利用SAS软件和响应面分析相结合的方法,以料液比、微波功率以及提取时间为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,研究各自变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响。结果 微波辅助提取多糖的最佳条件为:微波功率413.10W,提取时间14.35min,料液比l∶19.22(W∶V)。多糖的平均提取率达到4.798%,与预测的理论值4.819%相差甚少。结论 响应面法优化微波辅助工艺提取苦瓜多糖所得到的条件参数具有一定的可靠性。

Abstract: | Objective The optimum conditions for microwave-assisted extraction of polysaceharides from Momordica Charantia L. was studied carefully. Methods The effects of the ratio of material to water, microwave output power and extraction time on extraction efficiency of polysaccharides were determined with SAS software. and the method of response surface analysis(RSM). Results The results showed that optimal conditions of mi- crowave-assisted extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent was 1:19.22 (W: V), microwave out- put power was 123.10W and microwave was 14.35min,when the optimal conditions were met, the extraction ef- ficiency of polysaccharides was up to 4. 798% which is very closely to 4. 819% of prediction. Conclusion The extraction conditions parameter obtained by the response surface methodology to optimize the extraction technol- ogy was credible and had feasibility and application value. |
