老年患者口腔修复中纤维桩和全瓷冠的应用效果观察

目的：对老年患者口腔修复中应用纤维桩和全瓷冠的效果进行观察和分析。方法此次研究的患者为75例，按照入院时间先后顺序随机分组为对照组（37例）和观察组（38例），对照组采用金属桩和金属烤瓷冠修复，观察组采用纤维桩和全瓷冠修复。对两组患者的修复成功率等情况进行比较和分析。结果治疗后，观察组与对照组的修复前、后头影测量指标下齿槽座角（ SNB ）和上齿槽座角（ SNA ），以及上下齿槽座角（ANB）、上-下中切牙角（U1-L1）、上中切牙-SN角（U1-SN）、下中切牙-MP平面角（L1-MP）、上中切牙点至鼻根点与上齿槽座点连线的距离（ U1-NA）、下中切牙长轴与鼻根点下齿槽座点连线的距离（ L1-NB）都有一定的改善，但是观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组；此外，两组在矫治前后模型测量指标覆牙合（ OB）和覆盖（ OJ）以及第1磨牙间宽度、修复成功率等比较，观察组优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论临床上，采用纤维桩和全瓷冠用于修复老年口腔患者，具有非常好的治疗效果，且稳定可靠、操作简单。

Application fo Fiber Post and Porcelain Crown in Oral Cavity Repair of Olderly Patients

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of fiber post and porcelain crown in oral cavity repair of elderly patients .Methods 75 cases of patients were divided into control group （37 cases） and experiment group （38 cases） according to their admission time .Control group was treated with the metal post and ceramometal crown and the experiment group was treated with fiber post and porcelain crown .The suc-cess rate between the two groups was compared and analyzed .Results After treatment, SNB,SNA,ANB,U1-L1, U1-SN,L1-MP,U1-NA,L1-NB in experiment and control groups has certain improvement ,but the effect of ex-perimental group was much better than that of control group .In addition ,OB,OJ,width between the first molar and successful repair rate in experiment were also better than those of control group （ P＆lt;0 .05 ） .Co nclusion Fiber post and porcelain crown has very good therapeutic effect for oral cavity repair of elderly patients .
