加替沙星不良反应／事件报告分析

目的探讨加替沙星不良反应／事件发生的特点和一般规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法。对我市药品不良反应监测中心2004—01—01～2013—08—31收集的407例加替沙星不良反应／事件报告进行分析。结果407例报告中。女性患者较多（60．69％）；年龄介于18～59a的有306例（75．18％）；93．37％采用静脉给药方式；临床症状以皮肤及其附件损害（182例次，26．38％）、胃肠系统损害（139例次，20．14％）和全身性损害（116例次，16．81％）为主。结论医护人员应充分了解加替沙星的禁忌症，加强不良反应的监测和报告，以减少和避免不良反应的发生。

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions/Events Reports Caused by Gatifloxacin

Objective To explore the general characteristics of the adverse drug reactions/events （ADR/ADE） caused by gatifloxacin, and to provide reference for the clinical application of drugs. Methods The 407 reports of gatifloxacin ADR/ADE collected by Center for ADR monitoring of Guangzhou in the period of 2004 -01 -01～2013 -08 -31 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 407 cases, female patients （60.69%） were more than male patients. 306 cases of ADR （75. 18% ） were occoured in patients of 18 - 59 years old. 93.37% of patients were administered intravenously. The main clinical symptoms were the damage of skin and its appendages （182 cases, 26. 38% ）, gastrointestinal system damage （ 139 cases, 20. 14% ） and systemic damage （ 116 cases, 16.81% ）. Conclusion Medical staff should be fully aware of gatifloxacin contraindications, and monitoring and reporting of ADR should be strengthened to reduce and prevent the occurrence of ADR.
