COX-2、Ki-67与nm23在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:
目的研究COX-2、Ki-67及nm23在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测10例正常脑组织和56例人脑胶质瘤组织巾COX-2、Ki-67及nm23的表达。结果COX-2和Ki-67在正常脑组织中均不表达,而在各病理级别的人脑胶质瘤组织中均有表达,各组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),COX-2和Ki-67的表达强度随脑胶质瘤病理级别呈递增趋势,且COX-2和Ki-6的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.567,P〈0.05);nm23在正常脑组织和各病理级别人脑胶质瘤组织中均有表达,各组问差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且Ki-6和nm23的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.388,P〈0.05)。结论COX-2和Ki-67的表达强度随胶质瘤恶性程度的增加而增加;nm23的表达强度随胶质瘤恶性程度的增加而减少;COX-2、Ki-67及nm23与人脑胶质瘤的发生和发展有关系,三者可作为胶质瘤恶性程度评估的重要生物学参考指标。

Abstract:
Objective To study COX-2,Ki-67 and nm23 antigen expressions in human glioma and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of COX-2,Ki-67 and nm23 were detected in 56 cases with human glioma and 10 specimens of normal brain tissues by immunohistochemical staining(S-P methods).Results The COX-2 and Ki-67 were not expressed in all the normal brain tissues,but the expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 could be detected in all the pathological grades of gliomas. There was significant difference in the expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 among the normal brain tissue group,the low grade glioma group and the high grade glioma group(P<0.05),With the increase of the pathological degrees the COX-2 and Ki67 expressions increased too.There was a significantly positive correlation(P<0.05,r=0.567) between the expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 in all the pathological grades of glioma.The expressions of nm23 could be detected in all the pathological grades of glioma and in all the normal brain tissues.There was significant difference in the expressions of nm23 among the normal brain tissue group,the low grade glioma group and the high grade glioma group(P<0.05).The expressions of Ki-67 and nm23 were a significantly negative correlation(P<0.05,r=-0.388) in all the pathological grades of gliomas.Conclusions With the increase of the pathological degrees the COX-2 and Ki-67 expressions increased too.The expression of nm23 was inversely correlated with the malignancy of gliomas.COX-2,Ki-67 and nm23 had the relations to the human gliomas with the respect of generation and development.They may be useful biological markers to evaluate the malignancy of the patients with gliomas
