| 摘 要： | 本文调查分析了新疆运输动物检疫监督管理体系中存在的问题,从完善法规规章、加强执法队伍和加强运输检疫基础设施建设等方面,阐述了近年来新疆运输动物检疫监督管理的工作进展;探讨了现有运输动物检疫监督管理体制、健全完善行政管理、执法能力、检疫监督网络体系建设、快速检疫技术的应用及相应仪器设备等硬件设施的配备,加强和其他行政部门的全面合作等方面的建设模式;并据此提出加快新疆运输动物及其产品检疫监督体系建设应采取的相应措施。 |
