改良腋臭切除术和小切口顶泌汗腺清除术治疗腋臭51例

目的：探索治疗腋臭较为合理的手术方法。方法：轻、中度腋臭采用小切口顶泌汗腺清除术,重度采用改良腋臭切除术。结果：29例小切口顶泌汗腺清除术,术后8～15个月随访27例,25例痊愈,2例有效。改良腋臭切除术22例,术后8～15个月随访18例均痊愈。结论：小切口顶泌汗腺清除术有效、美观、安全,改良腋臭切除术治愈率高,瘢痕不显,无功能障碍。
