缓解期精神分裂症患者的人格特征对照研究

目的 :测查精神分裂症缓解期患者的人格特征 ,观察其人格维度、特质水平以及人格模型方面有无偏离。方法 :采用美国NEO -PI -R个性问卷对 70例缓解期的精神分裂症患者和 68例正常人进行比较分析。结果 :两组在NEO -PI -R中五因素人格模型的差异不显著 ,而在 3 0种特质人格模型和特质水平差异显著 (P =0 0 0 1)。精神分裂症患者的审美、条理性特质分显著高于对照组 ,而坦诚、审慎性特质分显著低于对照组。结论 :精神分裂症缓解期患者和正常人的人格特征在特质层面存在差异 ,其人格偏离主要表现在特质人格模型和特质水平。

A Controlled Study of Personality Characteristics of Schizophrenics in remission

Objestive: To explore the personality traits of schizophrenics in remission and to determine the difference of dimension, trait level and model of personality between schizophrenics and normal subjects Method: seventy schizophrenic patients in remission and sixty-eight normal controls were assessed with Revised NEO Personality Inventory (NEO-PI-R) Results: The difference of five-factor personality model between two groups showed no significance, while the difference of thirty traits personality model and trait level had statistical significance (p=0 001) The scores of schizophrenic patients on aesthetics and ordering trait were significant higher but the scores on straightforwardness and deliberation lower than those of normal group Conclusion: The schizophrenics in remission show different trait pattern of personality from normal subjects and the main deviations focus on personality trait model and trail level
