DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

目的探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用回顾性总结的方法，对近年来使用DHS内固定治疗的63例老年粗隆间骨折病例的手术方法、治疗结果、术后并发症及手术适应证进行了分析。结果所有患者都能早期活动，减少了并发症的发生，本组发生率为11％。髋关节功能恢复优良率为90．5％。骨折愈合率97％。结论DHS内固定是目前治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折较理想的手术方法。

Therapeutic analysis of the aged intertrochanteric fracture of femur with DHS internal fixation

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of DSH internal fixation in treating the Aged Intertrochanter fracture of femur. Methods With the method of retrospective summary, the operation approach, result of treatment, postoperative complications and operation indications were assessed in the 63 cases of the aged intertrochanter fracture of femur treated with DHS internal fixation. With more than 1 - year postoperative follow - up study , the result is satisfactory. Results All the patients can early activities, reduce the postoperative complications, the incidence of the group is 11% and excellent rate of their hip -joint function up to 90. 5 %, the rate of fracture healing is 97%. Conclusion Nowadays, DHS was a rather ideal approach in the treatment of the aged intertrochanter fracture of femur by internal fixation.
