重型颅脑损伤患者高压氧辅助治疗的疗效观察

目的评价重型颅脑损伤患者行高压氧辅助治疗的效果。方法对入院时格拉斯哥评分小于8分的116例重型颅脑损伤患者，随机分为两组，58例除常规治疗外，应用高压氧治疗；另58例行常规治疗作为对照组。3个月后进行格拉斯哥预后评级。结果两组治疗后3个月的格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）评级有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论应用高压氧辅助治疗，对于重型颅脑损伤患者的预后康复有效，可明显降低患者的病死率和伤残率，减少并发症和后遗症。

The effect of hyperbaric oxygen supplementary therapy on the treatment of severe traumatic braininjury

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen supplementary therapy on the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 116 patients with severe traumatic brain injury with GCS under 8 were randomly divided into two groups. 58 cases in the treatment group were given HBO therapy and the regular therapy, the contrast group of 58 patients were given the regular therapy, GOS after 3 months were evaluated. Results Significant different were shown between the two groups in GOS after 3 months（ P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen supplementary therapy had satisfied effect on patients＇ recovery in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury, it can distinctly reduce mortality and deformity rate, complication and sequelae, and improve patients＇ surviving and living ability.
