益气和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

目的：探讨益气和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：107例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组52例和观察组55例。对照组患者给予常规西药克拉霉素片、阿莫西林胶囊、奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊于餐前口服治疗,每日2次;观察组患者在常规西药治疗的基础上给予益气和胃汤口服治疗。结果：两组临床疗效比较,对照组有效率为80.7%,观察组有效率为90.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组胃镜检查结果比较,对照组有效率为71.2%,观察组有效率为92.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：益气和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Yiqi Hewei Decoction Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Yiqi Hewei Decoction treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：lOT cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into the control group of 52 cases and the observation group of 55 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine elarithromycin tablets, amoxicillin capsules, omeprazole enteric capsules for oral administration before the meal ,2 times a day. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Hewei Decoction on the basis of conven- tional western medicine treatment. Results ：The effective rate of control group was 80.7%, and the observation group was 90.9% , and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05） ;gastnoscopy results comparsion of the two groups showed that the effective of con- trol group was 71.2% , and the observation group was 92.7%, and the difference was statistilally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yiqi Hewei Decoction treatment of chronic atrophic zastritis has remarkable curative effect.
