| 摘 要： | 大量研究表明瘦素与心血管疾病发生与发展密切相关。高血压患者血管平滑肌细胞增殖显著异常,血管平滑肌细胞的可塑性对高血压心脏血管重塑非常重要,瘦素有促VSMC增殖的作用并促进神经内分泌因子的释放,从而促进高血压发生与发展。笔者就近年来瘦素与高血压患者血管平滑肌细胞增殖关系的研究进展做了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Many studies have shown that leptin is associated with the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Patients with high blood pressure shows that the vascular smooth muscle cell multiplies significantly abnormal.The plasticity of vascular smooth muscle cell is important to the plasticity of blood vessel of hypertension heart.Leptin may promote VSMC to multiply and relieve nerve-endocrine factors to the occurrence and development of hypertension.The author summarize the research progress on the relationship between leptin and high blood pressure in patients with vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation. |
