| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将90例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素三联疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予复方胃宁片,比较两组临床疗效、Hp根除率及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组有效率、Hp根除率及不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡治愈率高,Hp根除率高,临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of helieobacter pylori（Hp） positive peptic ulcer. Methods ：90 cases of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 45 cases. The control group was given rabeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin triple therapy, and the treatment group was given compound Weining tablets based on the control group. Compared clinical efficacy, eradication rate of Hp and the incidence of ad- verse reactions of the two groups. Results ： Comparison efficiency, Hp eradication rate and adverse reaction rate of two groups showed that the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer has high cure rate and Hp eradication rate. remarkable clinical curative effect. |
