丹莪妇康煎膏联合西药治疗痛经100例疗效观察

目的:探讨丹莪妇康煎膏与西药联合对于痛经的远期临床治疗效果。方法:将200例痛经患者为实验对象,实验组患者使用丹莪妇康煎膏与西药进行联合治疗,对照组患者仅使用西药进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,实验组患者痊愈52例,显效24例,有效12例,总有效率为88%;对照组患者痊愈33例,显效27例,有效14例,总有效率为74%。讨论:丹莪妇康煎膏与西药联合治疗对于痛经有较好的远期治疗效果和临床推广价值。

Efficacyobservation on treating 100 cases of dysmenorrhea by Dan’e Fukang DFE plus western medicine

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the Dan’e Fukang DFE plus western medicine in treating dysmenorrhea. Methods: 200 cases of dysmenorrhea patients as experimental subjects, the experimental group patients with Dan’e Fukang DFE with western medicine combination therapy, the control group patients only use western medicine treatment, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical outcomes. Results: After treatment, in experimental group, 52 cases were cured, markedly effective in 24 cases, effective in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 88%; In control group, 33 cases were cured, markedly effective in 27 cases, effective in 14 cases, the total effective rate was 74%. Discussion: Dan’e Fukang DFE plus western medicine was effective in teating dysmenorrhea, worthly of application.
