中药结合针灸疗法治疗130例肩周炎疗效观察

目的：探讨中药结合针灸疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：选取130例肩周炎患者,分为治疗组、对照组两组,治疗组采用中药结合针灸疗法,对照组采用西药疗法。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗组治愈率42/65（64.62%）,总有效率64/65（98.47%）,对照组治愈率34/65（52.31%）,总有效率53/65（87.69%）,分别经统计学处理有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中药调理结合针灸疗法治疗肩周炎明显优于西药疗法,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating scapulohumeral periarthritis 130 cases by TCM medicine plus acupuncture and moxibustion

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:130 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(n=65)were treated with western medicine.The treated group(n=65)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Result:The cured and markedly effective rate was 42/65(64.62%)in the treatment group and 64/65(98.47%).The cured and markedly effective rate was 34/65 (52.31%)and 53/65(87.69%)in the control group.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of TCM combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is distinct for scapulohumeral periarthritis.They have good value of clinical applications.
