摘    要:
目的比较传统烧制法和回流提取法两种方法制备的淡竹沥中游离氨基酸含量。方法采用柱前衍生HPLC法比较了两种不同方法制备的淡竹沥中游离氨基酸含量和种类。结果烧制法中含有天冬氨酸、丝氨酸和亮丝氨酸等15种氨基酸,而回流提取法中有7种氨基酸:苷氨酸、丙氨酸、酷氨酸、蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸;回流提取法所得游离氨基酸总量较烧制法高出近12倍。结论该研究为竹沥制备工艺的改进奠定了基础。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo compare the kinds and contents of free amino acids in DanZhuLi prepared from baked process and refluxing process.Methods The kinds and contents of free amino acids in DanZhuLi prepared from two processes were analyzed by pre-column derivatization-high-performance liquid chromatography.Results The results showed that there were fifteen kinds of free amino acids including aspartic acid and leucine amino acid in DanZhuLi prepared by the baked process,while there were lack of seven kinds of free amino acids such as glycine,lsyine etc in DanZhuLi prepared by the fefluxing process.On the other hand,the contents of total amino acids in DanZhuLi prepared by the refluxing process was 12 times as large as the other method.ConclusionIt provieded foundation for improvement on preparation process.
