细节化护理在全麻下腹部手术患者中的应用效果

目的探讨细节化护理措施对全麻下腹部手术患者苏醒期躁动及疼痛程度的影响。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月于本院行全麻下腹部手术患者80例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施细节化护理措施,比较两组患者麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率以及疼痛情况。结果观察组麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后疼痛评分为(1.16±1.11)分,低于对照组的(4.36±2.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节化护理措施可降低全麻下腹部手术患者的苏醒期躁动发生率,对减轻患者术后疼痛具有积极价值。

Application Effect of Detailed Nursing in Patients With Abdominal Surgery Under General Anesthesia

Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing measures on restlessness and pain in patients underwent general anesthesia and lower abdominal surgery during recovery period.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,80 patients underwent lower abdominal surgery under general anesthesia in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 40 cases each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given detailed nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of restlessness and pain in the recovery period of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of restlessness during anesthesia recovery in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than that in the control group 27.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain score in the observation group after nursing was(1.16±1.11)points,lower than that in the control group(4.36±2.18)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing measures can reduce the incidence of restlessness during recovery period in patients underwent general anesthesia lower abdominal surgery,and have positive value in relieving pain after operation.
