热性惊厥患儿血清离子及微量元素变化与精神运动发育的关系研究

摘    要:
目的研究热性惊厥患儿血清离子及微量元素变化与精神运动发育的相关性。方法 128例热性惊厥患儿,根据惊厥发作次数分为观察组和对照组,各64例。观察组为一次热程度再次和多次热性惊厥发作患儿,对照组为仅发作1次热性惊厥患儿。比较两组患儿两组患儿血清钙离子、铁离子、钠离子、镁离子水平及智力测评评分、行为能力评分。结果观察组钙离子水平(2.02±0.88)μmol/L、铁离子水平(9.76±1.81)μmol/L均高于对照组的(1.55±0.56)、(7.56±1.13)μmol/L,钠离子水平(133.43±10.21)μmol/L低于对照组的(140.23±10.23)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组镁离子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组语言智商评分、操作智商评分及总智商评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组独立因子评分(54.32±3.56)分、认知因子评分(52.65±5.78)分、社会自制因子评分(60.34±5.93)分及总评分(102.45±10.56)分均低于对照组的(56.23±3.58)、(63.23±5.47)、(68.34±5.82)、(122.56±10.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热性惊厥患儿精神运动发育与其血清离子及微量元素变化有关,病情发作时其血清离子及微量元素出现异常,一次热程度再次和多次热性惊厥发作患儿其精神运动发育迟滞较为明显。

Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between the changes of serum ions and trace elements and psychomotor development in children with febrile convulsion. Methods A total of 128 children with febrile convulsion were divided into observation group and control group by frequency of convulsion, with 64 cases in each group. Children with one fever and multiple febrile seizures were taken as observation group, and children with only one febrile seizure was taken as the control group. The serum calcium ion, iron ion, sodium ion, magnesium ion levels, intelligence assessment scores and behavioral performance scores were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of serum calcium ion(2.02±0.88) μmol/L, iron ion(9.76±1.81) μmol/L in the observation group was higher than(1.55±0.56) and(7.56±1.13) μmol/L in the control group, and sodium ion level(133.43±10.21) μmol/L was lower than(140.23±10.23) μmol/L in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in magnesium ion level between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in language intelligence quotient score, operational intelligence quotient score, and total intelligence quotient score between the two groups(P>0.05). The independent factor score(54.32±3.56) points, cognitive factor score(52.65±5.78) points, social self-control factor score(60.34±5.93) points and total score(102.45±10.56) points in the observation group was lower than(56.23±3.58),(63.23±5.47),(68.34±5.82) and(122.56±10.68) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychomotor development in children with febrile seizures is related to changes in serum ions and trace elements. The serum ions and trace elements are abnormal during the onset of illness. Children with one fever and multiple febrile seizures have significant retarded psychomotor development.
