浅析思考社区护理干预对老年人健康行为影响

目的分析社区护理干预对老年人健康行为的影响。方法在2018年5月—2019年5月收集125例社区老年人,通过社区护理干预,分析干预前后的健康行为情况。结果经过社区护理干预的实施,125例老年人健康行为发生了明显改变,其中,在合理饮食为84.00%、心理平衡为88.00%、适当运动96.00%、定期体检为94.00%、及时就医为92.00%,合理用药为96.00%,各方面得到了显著提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),老年人健康行为和经济负担、情感负担、身体负担以及负担总评分具有负相关的关系。老年人健康行为总评分、情绪行为管理与生活质量总评分及各维度评分具有正相关的关系。结论针对老年人健康行为,经过护理干预的实施,可以有效规范老年人的健康行为,提升生活质量。

Analysis on the Influence of Community Nursing Intervention on the Health Behavior of the Elderly

Objective To analyze the influence of community nursing intervention on the health behavior of the elderly.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,125 elderly people in the community were collected and their health behaviors before and after the intervention were analyzed through community nursing intervention.Results After the implementation of community nursing intervention,the health behaviors of 125 elderly people changed significantly,including 84.00%in reasonable diet,88.00%in psychological balance,96.00%in appropriate exercise,94.00%in regular physical examination,92.00%in timely medical treatment and 96.00%in rational medication.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The health behaviors and economic benefits of the elderly people were significantly improved.There were negative correlation among financial burden,emotional burden,physical burden and total burden score.There was a positive correlation between the total score of healthy behavior,emotional behavior management and the total score of quality of life and the scores of all dimensions.Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention can effectively regulate the healthy behaviors of the elderly and improve the quality of life.
