脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射牙硬组织后拉力实验

摘    要:目的研究不同能量和不同频率脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射牙表面后,牙齿与光敏树脂间的拉力大小。方法选择一致性较好的新鲜离体人牙,用高速转头制备各类洞型。然后分别用磷酸腐蚀和不同能量和频率的脉冲Nd:YAG激光进行照射,以光敏树脂进行光固化后做拉力实验并进行比较。结果脉冲Nd:YAG激光刻蚀人牙光固化树脂平均拉力68.9-75.5Kg/cm2,酸腐蚀光固化树脂平均拉力为20.6Kg/cm2,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论用脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射代替磷酸进行牙齿表面处理可增加牙齿与光敏树脂间的粘结力。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the bond strength between photosensitive resin with enamel and dentin exposed to the pulsed Nd: YAG laser followed diverse energy and frequency. Methods The fresh ex vivo teeth with better concordance were selected and divided into 5 groups with same condition. All kinds of holes have been made with high speed wheel. Then the dentin were processed with phosphine acid and by pulsed laser-irradiation. The bond strength experiment could be done and analysed after light curing by photosensitive resin. Results The experiment has indicated the feasibility of pulsed Nd: YAG laser irritation to etch dentin. Compared with phosphine acid, the bond strength of the composite to enamel and dentin was stronger with given parameters. Conclusions Substituted phosphine acid with pulsed Nd: YAG laser irritation could increase the bond strength between photosersitive resin with enamel and dentin.
