新生儿游泳与抚触对新生儿体重影响的探讨

目的 探讨新生儿游泳与抚触对新生儿体重的影响。方法 将100例健康新生儿分为顺产组和剖宫产组，顺产观察组28例，对照组22例；剖宫产观察组21例，对照组29例。对照组仅接受沐浴；观察组沐浴后进行游泳和抚触，游泳分为被动泳操和婴儿自动泳操；抚触于游泳后进行。观察比较两组体重的差异。结果 顺产组新生儿出院体重比出生体重减轻；剖宫产实验组新生儿出院体重比出生体重增加，对照组减轻。顺产、剖宫产的实验组与对照组前5天新生儿体重比较，经统计学分析，P〉0．05，差异无统计学意义。剖宫产第6、7天新生儿体重比较，经统计学分析，P〈0．001，差异有统计学意义。结论 新生儿游泳与抚触能促进生理性体重下降的尽快恢复，而对顺产的新生儿出院体重无明显影响，对剖宫产的新生儿出院体重有明显影响。

Influence of swimming and touching on neonatal body weight

Objective To explore the influence of swimming and touching on neonates. Methods 100 healthy newly-born babies were divided into 2 groups ： Spontaneous-Vaginal-Delivery group （SVD） （ n = 28） and its controls （ n = 22） ; Cesarean-Section （CS） group （n =22） and its control group （n =29）. In the SVD and CS groups, the babies swam and were caressed after bathing and the controls were just bathed without other treatment. Swimming was categorized into passive one and spontaneous, which followed right after swimming. Their weighs among all the groups were compared. Results For Spontaneous-Vaginal-Delivery, the weights of the babies in the observation group increased by about -25.2±10.5 grams, but those at the control group increased by -38.2 ±9.6 grams at leaving hospital. For CS group, the weights of babies in the observation group increased by 13.2±6. 7 grams and those at the control group increased by -7.6 ±11.6 grams. In first five days after birth, the weight of the babies in SVD group and CS group showed no statistical significance （P 〉0. 05）, but great significance statistically on the sixth and seventh day after birth （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Swimming and toughing may promote the fast recovery from a physiological losing weight for newly born babies. At departure from the hospital, it will rarely affect the weight of the babies born by a SVD, but affect the babies born from a cesarean section apparently.
