模拟教学法在急救护理实验教学中的应用

摘    要:
[目的]观察模拟教学法对护生应急组织能力的影响。[方法]将170名护生按年级分为实验组和对照组。对照组按传统的单项急救护理实验项目教学;实验组在传统教学基础上,根据病例设计救护预案,将各项急救护理技术融为一体,实行模拟急救训练。课程结束后分别对两组护生进行操作考核,对实验组护生进行问卷调查及评价。[结果]实验组、对照组考核成绩分别为88.69分±3.63分、84.95分±6.49分,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),97.78%的护生认为将模拟教学法引入急救护理实验教学中是必要的。[结论]模拟教学法有助于培养护生的团队精神和应急组织能力,提高护生的综合救护能力。
