多层螺旋CT对肺错构瘤的诊断价值

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT对肺错构瘤的诊断价值.方法 分析13例经手术、病理证实为肺错构瘤的CT特点,其中2例行螺旋CT动态增强扫描.结果 肺错构瘤病灶光滑整齐,浅分叶5例,无深分叶征、毛刺征或 卫星灶.其中3例有不同程度的钙化,1例为"爆米花"样钙化.6例病灶内有脂肪密度.2例行螺旋CT动态增强扫描,其最大CT强化值《20Hu.结论 肺错构瘤病灶光滑整齐,出现钙化(尤其是"爆米花"样钙化)、脂肪密度是其特征性表现.多层螺旋CT薄层扫描和动态增强扫描为错构瘤诊断提供了有价值的信息.

The value of MSCT diagnosis of pulmonary hamartoma

Objective To explore the value of MSCT diagnosis of pulmonary hamartoma. Methods To summarize the CT feature of 13 cases with hamartoma received through surgical operation and confirmed by pathology, in which 2 cases underwent spiral dynamic enhancement CT. Results Pulmonary hamartoma had regular and clear margins, light lobular-shaped in 5 cases, without deep lobular-shaped or satellite focus. Different calcifications were detected in 3 cases, popcorn-shaped calcium in 1 case. Detection of fat were found in 6 cases. In the 2 hamartomas of dynamic study,the most enhanced less than 20Hu. Conclusions Pulmonary hamartoma had regular and clear margins; calcification (particularly popcorn-shaped calcium) and detection of fat are the characteristics in CT scan. Spiral CT and dynamic enhancement CT provide valuable informations for the diagnosis and differentiation of pulmonary hamartoma.
