梅花针叩刺法治疗抑郁症临床观察

目的 观察梅花针叩刺法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效方法 将80例抑郁症患者随机分为针刺治疗组(40例)和药物对照组(40例).针刺治疗组采用梅花针叩刺法,药物对照组采用口服西太普兰,观察两组用药后的疗效.结果 针刺治疗组有效率为87.5%,药物对照组有效率为72.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 梅花针叩刺法治疗抑郁症疗效优于口服抗抑郁药,且无副作用.

Clinical Observation On Treatment of Depression with Plum-blossom Needling

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of treating depression with plum-blossom needling.Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly divided into a acupuncture treatment group and a medicinal control group,with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with plum-blossom needling, and the control group was treated with oral administration of Citalopram. Results The effective rate in the acupuncture treatment group was 87.5%, which was better than 72.5% in the medicinal control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Plum-blossom needling is better than medicinal control therapy on depression, which is safe and with no side effects.
