补气类中草药对缺氧性肝细胞生长作用的影响

摘    要:目的观察补气类中草药对缺氧性肝细胞生长作用的影响,为进一步研究其促细胞生长机制奠定基础。方法用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法、活细胞观察法分析细胞生长情况,并进行统计学处理。结果4种补气药(人参、党参、黄芪、西洋参)对正常肝细胞均有明显促生长作用(P<0.05),尤以人参效果最好。而对于缺氧性肝细胞则西洋参促生长效果最好(P<0.05);人参、党参效果虽优于黄芪,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同补气药对正常肝细胞与缺氧性肝细胞的促生长作用不同:人参对正常肝细胞效果最好,西洋参对缺氧性肝细胞效果最好。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of restoratives for invigorating qi (radix ginseng,radix astragali,radix codonopsis,radix panacis quinquefolii)on the growth of the cultivated hypoxic hepatocyte,and further identify their mechanism in promoting growth of cells. Methods MTT method and living cell observation method were used to observe the effect of restoratives for invigorating qi on the growth of the in vitro cultivated cells in rat. Results These restoratives for invigorating qi,especially ginseng,could markedly promote growth in the normal hepatocyte (P<0.05);otherwise,radix panacis quinquefolii has marked effect in promoting growth of hypoxic hepatocyte(P<0.05).The ability of ginseng and codonopsis is higher than astragali and lower than panacis quinquefolii in promoting growth of hypoxic hepatocyte,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Different restoratives for invigorating qi have different effects on promoting growth in the normal hepatocyte or hypoxic hepatocyte;the effect of ginseng is the best to the normal hepatocyte,that of panacis quinquefolii is best to the hypoxic hepatocyte.
