| 摘 要： | 目的：从论文产出与被引用角度展现医院的科研进展情况,为科研管理部门了解医院的科技发展动态、制定决策提供量化依据。方法：以科学引文索引网络版（SCIE）收录北京大学第一医院的科技论文为数据依据,对该院2005～2010年发表的科研论文进行统计分析,并与前6年（1999～2004年）进行对比。结果：共检出905篇文献,平均影响因子（IF）为2.694,最高IF逐年升高;有470篇论文被引用,共被引3130次,发表论文数量和被引用次数最多的是肾脏内科和儿科;6年间,论文数量总体呈增长趋势,平均IF升高了0.151,被引论文篇数增长了241%,总被引次数增长了582%。结论：北京大学第一医院6年间SCIE收录论文呈增长趋势,在论文的数量和质量上均有提高,但论文主要集中在重点科室,尤其是肾脏内科和儿科。
