| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床特点。方法分析110例老年CAP住院患者的临床资料,根据年龄分为高龄组与非高龄组,分析两组患者的临床表现、辅助检查及治疗转归。结果与非高龄组患者比较,高龄组CAP患者临床表现不典型,肺部体征明显,病变范围较广。白细胞总数增高不明显,而血清白蛋白及PO2降低明显,痰病原菌的阳性率也明显高于非高龄组。结论重视高龄CAP的不典型临床症状及特点,对高龄CAP患者做到早诊断、早治疗,合理使用抗生素及营养支持等综合治疗是提高治愈率的关键。 |
