摘    要:
目的:分析节细胞神经瘤的CT表现,以提高对该病的认识,提高对该病诊断的准确性.方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的节细胞神经瘤7例,男4例,女3例,年龄27~59岁,平均42岁.7例患者均行CT扫描,包括平扫加增强扫描5例,CT平扫2例.结果:7例肿瘤中.2例位于纵隔;2例位于肾上腺;3例位于腹膜后间隙.7例肿瘤边缘清晰,呈椭圆形1例、类圆形5例、不规则形1例.CT平扫表现为肿瘤呈均匀低密度6例、混杂密度1例;增强扫描后呈轻、中度强化4例、不强化1例;伴有钙化4例.结论:CT有助于提高对节细胞神经瘤诊断的准确性,并可通过显示肿瘤与周围血管及器官的关系,为临床和手术提供更多的参考信息.

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the CT findings of ganglioneuroma for improving its recognization and diagnostic accuracy.Methods:Seven patients with pathologically-proved ganglioneuroma consisted of 4 males and 3 females,aged 27~59 years with a mean of 42.CT scanning was perfomed in all 7 cases,including both plain and enhanced scan(n=5),and plain scan alone(n=2).The clinical data and imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The tumors were located in the posterior mediastinum(2 cases),adrenal gland(2 cases) and retroperitoneal region(3 cases).The tumors were well defined,appearing elliptical in shape(1 case),nearly circular(5 cases) and irregular(1 case).On plain scan,the mass was of homogeneous low density(6 cases) or inhomogeneous density(1 case).On enhanced scan(5 cases),there were mild or moderate enhancement(4 cases) and no enhancement(1 case),the mass accompanied with calcifications(4 cases).Conclusion:CT is helpful in improving the diagnostic accuracy of ganglioneuromas and can provide more information concerning the relation of the lesions with the neighboring structures,which is very important for clinical management.
