| 摘 要： | 观察３１例中风后失语患者的功能性沟通能力与各因素关系，结果显示其沟通能力与患者社交活动的表现关系最密切；与病人文化程度、认知情况、病期有明显关系；与从事脑、体力劳动也有一定关系；与偏瘫程度、病人ＡＤＬ能力关系不明显：与病人年龄，性别、语言种类及损伤部位无关。 |

| Abstract: | Thirty one aphasic patients following stroke were observed on the relationship between their ability of communication(AC)and some factors.The ability of social activity had the most close linear relationship with AC.Significant linear relationship exists between AC and educational profile,duration of disease(time after the onset)and cognitive function.The type of occupation(manual or mental labor)has something to do with AC,No ignificant relationship wa found between AC and the severity of hemiplegia and ADL.
